The House of Drake — Event Attendance Disclaimer
By booking or attending an event, experience or occasion organised, hosted or promoted by The House of Drake, members and guests acknowledge and agree to the following:
The House of Drake takes reasonable care when selecting venues, suppliers, partners and activities. However, attendance and participation are undertaken at the member’s or guest’s own discretion. Attendees are responsible for assessing their own fitness and suitability for any activity and must comply with all instructions issued by The House of Drake, the venue or the relevant supplier.
The House of Drake accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings, vehicles or other property, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited.
Elements of an event or experience may be delivered by independent venues, hospitality operators, transport providers, yacht or charter operators, motorsport organisations, equestrian establishments or other specialist suppliers. Their individual terms, conditions, waivers and safety requirements may also apply.
Members and guests must disclose allergies, dietary requirements, accessibility needs and relevant medical considerations in advance. While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate these requirements, The House of Drake cannot guarantee an entirely allergen-free environment. Attendees remain responsible for managing their own requirements, medication and wellbeing.
Where alcohol is served, members and guests are expected to drink responsibly and arrange suitable transportation. The House of Drake accepts no responsibility for an attendee’s conduct, personal decisions or onward travel.
Event programmes, timings, venues, accommodation, transport arrangements and activities may be amended where circumstances reasonably require. Bookings are non-refundable. Any refund, credit or transfer is offered solely at the discretion of The House of Drake or where expressly provided under the applicable booking Terms and Conditions. This does not affect any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Photography and filming may take place during events and experiences for promotional and editorial purposes. Members and guests who do not wish to appear should inform The House of Drake in advance or speak to a member of the team upon arrival. Members and guests must behave respectfully towards other attendees, staff, venues, suppliers and members of the public. The House of Drake reserves the right to refuse admission or require an attendee to leave where their conduct is unsafe, disruptive or likely to affect the welfare, privacy or enjoyment of others. No refund will be provided in such circumstances.
By completing a booking or attending an event or experience, each member and guest confirms that they have read, understood and accepted this disclaimer and the applicable Terms and Conditions.
