4. Events & Experiences
Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received where applicable.
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the event and will be communicated at the time of booking.
The House of Drake reserves the right to amend, postpone or cancel any event due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where possible, an alternative date or appropriate refund will be offered.
Members and guests participate in events at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring they are suitably insured where appropriate.
5. Concierge & Third-Party Providers
We work with carefully selected venues, hotels, restaurants, travel providers, sporting venues, automotive specialists and other trusted partners.
Whilst we take care in selecting these partners, any agreement for goods or services provided by a third party is made directly between you and that provider. The House of Drake accepts no responsibility for services supplied by independent third parties.
6. Photography & Marketing
Photography and video may be taken during House of Drake events for promotional purposes, including our website and social media channels.
If you would prefer not to appear in any promotional material, please notify a member of our team before or during the event and we will make every reasonable effort to respect your wishes.
7. Intellectual Property
All content featured on this website, including text, branding, logos, photography, graphics and other materials, remains the property of The House of Drake unless otherwise stated.
No content may be reproduced, copied, distributed or used without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
